When will my account be deleted?

When you finish your studies at DTU, your account will be deleted after some months. If you want to save your files, please take a backup ASAP after you finish!

Will my account be suspended during a stay at another university?

If your stay is organized through the central administration, the answer is no. The central administration files in a list of which accounts that should be deleted every semester.

Can I get back files when my account has been deleted?

This process requires a lot of work for searching through old tapes and backups. While it is easy to get snapshots, the other thing is not an easy task. We strongly recommend that you backup your folder when you finish at DTU!
