General

You are always free to contact us, however there are certain classes of problems we are unable to help with. These include:

• Login problems
• Account (disk quota, activation etc.) problems

for which Databar IT support (itsupport) should be contacted, as they are the ones with admin privileges on the servers.

When writing us, please either use your official DTU email address, or state your login name (and please do not write your password to us), as this is needed in many cases.

Things we CANNOT handle

Problem with Windows Databar (Winbar). For those, contact winbarsupport. Please also use this address if you have problems logging in to the Windows machines (often caused by quota issues).

We are not in charge of providing codes to Microsoft software downloaded through CampusNet. Please address your questions to CampusNet support

Things we CAN handle

In the G-bar support we can handle problems regarding the use of G-bar terminals, software og printing.
